I bought an R4i Gold Revolution for DS (DSI/DSL/NDS) with an SDHC card. I went to www.r4ids.com and downloaded R4i Gold v1.31 kernel 2010-01-21. I then downloaded a game and copied the .NDS file to my SDHC card. When I put the SDHC card in the R4 and put it into my DS and select the game to play it comes up with 'File not registered". Can you please tell me how to fix this?

I can finally get the DS to work if I use homebrew games. I would like to download games like lego Indiana Jones, Lego Batman, Super Heros, mario games, etc. Is there a good place to get these kinds of games?

Unfortunately we do not give out this kind of information. We are just here to help get your cards working. :-)
It would be classed as software piracy if you downloaded a backed up game and played it on your R4 card, unless of course you already own the game in cartridge form and just wanted to consolidate your game collection :-)

Hi there, I believe I have the same card (it refers to www.r4ids.com for firmware). It's been working fine since I got it up until very recently.
I backed up everything on the card, firmware, saves, text files, everything. Then I attempted to update the firmware, but no dice, so I tried reverting to my backup, and nothing works. When I try launching the R4 I get to the loading screen, it stops loading after a second, the screen flashes white for a second, then it turns black and just freezes at a black screen until I shut off the DS. I tried formating the SDHC card (using command as well as windows right-click format), still nothing. I tried putting my brothers SDHC card into my r4 and it works, mine of course, doesn't work in his r4.
I would guess that somehow my SDHC card died, but it still works perfectly fine when it comes to transferring files between computers, and as I understand it, it has absolutely no R4 specific functionality to it. So if it works in other things, it should work for the R4!
Anybody have any idea what's wrong and how I can fix it?

how to put music folder in ds?
i try create 1 new folder but it didn't detect any my mp3 songs or video clip inside it >.<
when it click multimedia icon (when on nds)) then it wit load moonshell... which i dont want tat.. i just wan it to directly open into my songs folder. how?

hi i have a dsi and a r4i gold v1.4 (red box) my dsi switched off and i turned it back on and clicked the r4i card and all i get is a white screen i then turned it off and put my mirco sd card in computer and that is blank to nothing on there i have lost everything and im tryin to get the files back but dont know how and anyone help please
