Hi,

If you see the message below:



This usually means two things:

1) You have installed the wrong software to your DSTT card, or installed it incorrectly. See this guide for how to install the right kernel to your card.

2) Your DSTT card is faulty - call the place you made your purchase and ask for a replacement.
