Hi carl,

Can you let us know what type of R4i you have and what the URL is on the front of the card?

Are you using Moonshell to try to view videos/pictures?

ARR, yes i have figured it out, you click on the "moonshell" which is at the top of the games list, and then i get my "music files" and "picture files", is that how it normally works....

I have created 3 folders, games, music, pictures, all of which are working fine.

Does the DSI r4 card store videos  (ie from mobile phones, or camers, if so i could create a video folder.

Excellent - glad you got it sorted. Yes you can store videos - you need to convert them to the right format though - not sure exactly what the format is but just know you have to do it :S
