Hi everyone!
I purchased an R4i cartridge. I followed the 5 step instructions on setting up the card on these forums to the letter, but for some reason, when I go to play a game, I get those darn white screens! Here's what I have done so far: - Checked what my card says (www.r4ids.com) and downloaded the most recent version of the software.
- Formatted the SD card according to this guide. Went swimmingly.
- Downloaded all the games/ROMS/.nds files. Whatever you like to call them!
- Transferred it all to the root menu of my SD card.
- Put my SD card in the DS (I have the big bulky old one if that helps. 1st generation I'm sure)
When I put the cartridge in my DS it loads up just fine with the graphic interface. I select a game (they all do the same thing) it processes the file but then I just get two white screens that go on forever. Does anyone have any tips on how I can fix this? Thanks in advance to anyone who tries to help!

Having the exact same problem and I have the old NDS and a DS Lite as well...
